Lehigh Vs Pitt

lehigh
125 Dom Forys Fr. Vs Scott Parker Fr.-Parker was a better recruit coming out of high school but Forys just knocked off #19 Kory Mines dominantly (6-0). Parker lost a close match but not as close as the score to Jordan Conaway. I’ve got this as a toss up or Parker as a slight favorite.

133 Nick Zanetta RFr. Vs #3 Mason Beckman-Beckman should win. Zanetta is tough but not an All American threat this year. Beckman has a bounce back match, wins by major. Edge Beckman.

141 #7 Edgar Bright Vs Randy Cruz RSo. Bright is a much better and more dynamic wrestler than Cruz at this point. I’m not sure how much his recovery process has slowed him down. Edge Bright.

149 #16 Mikey Racciato TrueSo. Vs Longo (or Gardner?)- Racciato (#8 on my most exciting index) is too much for Longo – Fall. Vs. Gardner regular decision.

157 Ronnie Garbinsky RJr. Vs Dylan Molinas Fr. This match could decide the entire dual meet. Toss up.

165 Cody Weircioch RFr., Vs Santiago Martinez Sr. Interesting match up – can the Freshman take out the grad student? Toss up.

174 #5 Ty Wilps RSr. Vs Marshal Peppelman Sr-Peppelman knows how to keep matches close but I’m guessing that he gives up at least 1 stall point in a loss to Wilps.

184 #3 Max Thomusseit RSr. Vs #4 Nate Brown RJr. -MT beat NB last year. These guys are battling Dechow for 2-4 at Nationals in March. Brown has looked really dominant. I’ll take Thomusseit in SV.

197 #12 Nick Bonaccorsi RJr. Vs #18 Elliot Riddick RSo.-ER had a very close match with #4 Morgan MacIntosh (PSU). I see Riddick winning the takedown battle and the match. 197ers should-will be aware that Riddick is going to make his presence felt come March.

285 John Rizzo So. Vs Doug Vollaro RSo. Vollaro opens it up a little and gets the win.

Pitt wins 18-12
