a unique perspective

#9 Cornell over #7 Lehigh 21-20

Highlights on the way

Not everything went Cornell’s way this afternoon but enough did for them to pull off a come from behind victory over the Mountain Hawks. Lehigh got out to a strong start in front of a packed Grace Hall. 174 might be where things got a little crazy. Realbuto and Preisch exploded in the first minute for super entertaining wrestling. Things mellowed until Realbuto got a neutral fall in the closing seconds of the 3rd period to propel Cornell into its lineup strength. Lehigh had 3 bonus point victories and Cornell had 2 but those two were pins and it made all the difference in the end, as Cornell closed the deal.
