Tell Me Something Good

Knowing what is good in your life may be one of the most important things that a person can know. This awareness is significant and few take the time to explore the positives in their life. Those that do take the time are generally better able to deal with the pressure, stress and anxiety that life creates. There’s so much non-good out there. There is so much negativity and unhealthy stuff in popular culture and daily life that it is easy to lose track of what life is really about. If we can acknowledge the good in our life that comes from outside of ourselves it improves our over all health-mentally and physically.
Having trouble figuring it out. Ask yourself at the end of the day what was good? Write down 1 or 2 things. Maybe on a post-it so you can look at it first thing the next morning. Then do it again. Rinse, lather, repeat.
And don’t be trite, delve deep. What was GOOD today. The deeper you go the more you know. Be specific!
