#19 Minnesota over #25 Rider 32-12 Highlights and Interviews

The Golden Gophers came back to New Jersey a week after a solid win over Rutgers to seal their ownership of the Garden State with a dominating performance over the Rider Broncs. After the senior night festivities were over, Minnesota opened the match with a pair of nationally ranked wrestlers gathering big bonus points. Senior Tyson Dippery momentarily stopped the bleeding for the Broncs but it was a short-lived stoppage. Minnesota took 7 of ten matches, 4 of them were bonus point wins. The marquee match up at 165 lived up to its billing both guys were active but senior Chad Walsh got to more attacks ultimately getting the fall and bringing the crowd to its feet. Both lineups featured non-starters and the depth of Minnesota made a big difference. Minnesota is next in action March 3 at the B1G Championships in East Lansing Michigan.
