2015 Midlands Results & Thoughts

IowaLogo300x250
I don’t know if it’s just me but Midlands was supposed to be stronger this season than the last few years. The field was tougher but the style of these schools isn’t generally excitting. I’ll bet anyone interested that the Scuffle finals are more exciting.

Finals. Is there any doubt that former ISU & PSU wrestler Long is the best guy in the country at 141?
Long road back to wrestling. He put on a dominating performance. Future Princeton wrestler Matt Kolodzik
is going to be very good for them next season. What’s up with former AA Rick Durso? It’s been a tough year with him going down to 141. He’s got a great workout partner in A Alton. Will he peak in March?
