Rider over Clarion 25-11 Highlights and Interviews

Last night the Clarion Golden Eagles travelled to Lawrenceville New Jersey to take on the Rider Broncs. Rider came into the match in my top 20. Clarion is trying to build but hasn’t been able to get over the hump with an upset. Last night they were competitive in many matches but couldn’t close the deal as many Bronc wrestlers came from behind to win matches. Rider has a core of exciting and talented wrestlers that aren’t afraid of making mistakes while trying to go big. I think that Rider continues to be overlooked by the national media. The good thing for them is if they do well for the rest of the season they can’t be ignored. Clarion has some winnable matches coming up; if their crew can go for an intense 7 minutes. Clarion is back in action against Hofstra on Sunday and Rider travels to the Pitt duals Saturday.
