- Help a teammate.
- Figure out a weekly reward.
- Increase grip strength.
- Be the last one to leave the practice room. Confidence.
- Adjust a workout. New club or strength & conditioning.
- Make a new friend.
- Get more recovery time and sleep.
- Be persistently aggressive.
- Write this all down on a calendar.
- Work harder on school work.
