It’s not too Late. Get Better in the next 6 weeks

  1. Know why you want to get better. Example my son thinks it’s fun and that it makes him mentally stronger in all areas of life.
  2. Treat your food as fuel. Eat healthier foods.
  3. Give up all sweetened drinks.
  4. Protect yourself from mat disease better.
  5. Pick one goal a week.
  6. Try a new technique at practice.
  7. Help a teammate.
  8. Figure out a weekly reward.
  9. Increase grip strength.
  • Be the last one to leave the practice room. Confidence.
  • Adjust a workout. New club or strength & conditioning.
  • Make a new friend.
  • Get more recovery time and sleep.
  • Be persistently aggressive.
  • Write this all down on a calendar.
  • Work harder on school work.
