2019 New Jersey D1 Preview

I spent a couple of hours talking about Division 1 New Jersey wrestling with Dan Seifring earlier today. We focused on Princeton, RIder and Rutgers but included some thoughts on the top New Jersey wrestlers competing for schools out of state too. Dan is part of the brain trust behind Wrestlestat.com. If you’ve never been there stop and check it out now. The preview is broken down into 125-157 and 165-285. You can listen at the Soundcloud links below or the Youtube links under them. New Jersey wrestling fans are in for a competitive season between all 3 programs. I think that Princeton will have the best dual team and end of season results this year. What a job the Princeton staff have done. Rutgers will have a tough season, especially after crowning 2 champs last year. RIder is a bit of a wildcard. They could end up being the 2nd best team in the state.
